Your payment details are never shown to us, we only receive your payment confirmation.

Your contact details are stored for future reference, but we will not share it with anyone else. We may contact you once a year or so with a brochure or gift.

Currency

All amounts listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Delivery

Australia Wide: Postage is free Australia wide. We use regular Australia Post and products are delivered in safe padded boxes. Your order is posted the next working day, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after dispatch.

International: International postage is not supported.

If we are unable to dispatch goods within 2 working days we will notify you.

Return Policy

You can return new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. We'll also pay the return delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

You can return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We'll cover return delivery costs.

If you break the product we will help you to find a suitable repair store.
